Don’t feel bad about not getting your beauty sleep… The latest findings indicate that too much sleep in women leads to an increased possibility of STROKE! — so that self-indulgent rested beauty may be sleeping towards disaster: 10 hours of sleep a night may increase women’s risk of incident stroke, researchers say. Conversely, women who had six or less hours of sleep did not have an associated increased stroke risk, Alan Flint, MD, of the Harvard School of Public Health, reported at the American Heart Association meeting.
Does that mean it now makes more sense to invest in “beauty creams”?
