HCA’s 2011 Annual Conference
For those of you who have been following the LTC Event Calendar, you probably knew about the HCA Annual Membership Conference this week. HHA eXchange and Mobile Health Management Services, members of LTCAdministrator.com, participated in the event as key representatives in the home care industry.
The conference featured several sessions to prepare organizations for success in the face of a challenging new health care environment in New York State. Cuomo Administration Officials offered perspectives on the Cuomo administration’s plans for managed care enrollment for chronically ill patients. A panel of HCA members who operate both a Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) plan and a Long Term Home Health Care Program (LTHHCP) discussed the merits of both programs, outlining their key differences and how they work.
The conference also featured dozens of exhibitors promoting their innovative home care products and services. HHA eXchange and Mobile Health set the bar high with their robust platforms, unique services, strategic home care marketing and compelling presentations.
