Baldwin Health Center is a skilled nursing center that offers short-term recovery and rehabilitation services through our Advance 360 unit. We also offer long-term care services focused on your emotional and physical well-being. Baldwin Health is located in the southern part of Pittsburgh and is a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies. Our Honor 360 program provides comprehensive medical and long term care services to veterans in a post-acute setting. Our caring staff is specially trained to provide a well-rounded, holistic approach that focuses on the veteran as a whole, taking each person’s unique history and journey into consideration when designing customized care plans.
