Clover Rest Home, conveniently accessible from I-80, Route 94 and Route 46, is a small, home-like facility located in Columbia NJ in a quiet country residential neighborhood. We specialize in Long-term care, services for the memory impaired and short term rehabilitation programs with exceptional physical, speech and occupational therapy. Hospice care is also available. We accept Medicare and Medicaid.
