Laconia Nursing Home is located on a tree-lined residential street bordering Westchester county. Since 1973, Laconia’s 240 residents have enjoyed first rate medical care and a stimulating, homelike environment. Family members and visitors often comment on the quality and variety of enriching activities at Laconia, as well as the warmth and caring of our staff members, from nurses’ aides to social workers, housekeeping personnel to dieticians.

Our goal at Laconia is to create an environment as close to “home” as possible, and to help make the transition from the community home to the nursing home a smooth one. We provide 24-hour health care by a dedicated staff which includes nurses, doctors, social workers, recreational leaders, occupational, physical, and speech therapists, nursing assistants, a medical director, and a complete dietary program which is supervised by our registered dietician.
