Staten Island Care Center is one of the premier providers of long-term care in the New York metropolitan area. We have systems in place to make sure every patient is being cared for according to the highest nursing home standards. An interdisciplinary team of medical, therapeutic and social service staff members reviews every admission and develops an individualized Care Plan. The well-being of each resident and patient is monitored daily.

Meetings are regularly scheduled with family members to discuss the medical and emotional well-being of each resident. Our nursing and social service staff members are also readily available for consultation by phone or in person.
