LTCAdministrator.com is Celebrating National Hospital Week

At LTCAdministrator.com, we are committed to building a strong network of health care and long term care professionals that can work together to strengthen and enrich the healthcare industry. We are honored to celebrate National Hospital Week (May 11-17, 2014), sponsored by The American Hospital Association (AHA),  and recognize the hard work of the individuals that are so vital to the quality of care in our hospitals.

This year’s theme, “Compassion, Innovation, Dedication: The Commitment Continues,” celebrates hospitals and those caregivers who remain steadfast in improving the health of their communities through heart-felt care, new methods and techniques and unwavering, unmatched devotion.

“National Hospital Week is our opportunity to thank all those who work in hospitals serving patients and communities – physicians, nurses, therapists, engineers, food services workers, volunteers, administrators and so many more,” said AHA President and CEO Rich Umbdenstock. “A community’s health depends on its hospital, and the extraordinary efforts of these individuals ensure that communities have access to care 24 hours a day, seven days a week and are prepared for both everyday emergencies and the unexpected.”

Additional information on National Hospital Week, including tips and ideas for honoring caregivers and promoting the week, are available at www.aha.org.
